Phases of EQ Empowerment 

EQ Programs are carefully structured & customized to meet my client’s needs. Progressive Workout adjustments are made every 3–4 weeks.

What to expect when we start our workouts.

Goals

Phase 1: Skills & Correctiveness

This stage we focus on form & technique. This is a starting point if you’re new to working out or been out of the gym for a while weeks , months or even years

Phase 2: Strength

This is where we focus on increasing weights and complexities.

Phase 3: Stamina

This is where we focus on progressing the exercises whether it’s reps sets weights, decreasing rest time , pushing yourself to meet your utmost potential.

Phase 4: Power

The goal with this phase, is to add speed. Also, conditioning for sport-specific needs.
